제67차 UNCSW NGO 워크숍 개최 2023. 05. 18 한국여성정치문화연구소는 유엔여성지위위원회(UNCSW) 주최로 2023년 3월 6일부터 17일까지 뉴욕 유엔본부에서 개최되는 "Innovation and technological change, and education in the digital age for achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls" 행사에 참석하고, 3월 7일 NGO 워크숍을 개최했다. 이번 워크숍 주제는 "Politica and Economic Empowerment of Women in the Digital Age"로 김정숙 이사장의 개회사에 이어 Irene Natividad(President, Global Summit of Women), Caren Grown(Senior Fellow, Center for Sustainable Development at the Brrokings Institution), Viviane Teitelbaum(President, ECICW), Pam Rajput(Emeritus Professor, Panjab University) 순으로 강연을 이어갔으며  사회는 Linda Liu(Former Vice President, ICW)가 진행했다. 이날 워크숍에서는 디지털 시대에 여성의 역량강화를 통한 정치, 경제 참여 확대를 논의함으로써 각국의 여성의 지위를 평가하고 세계 여성 지도자들과 비정부기구들이 모여 양성평등과 여성의 역량강화를 위한 보다 실질적인 방안이 논의됐다.
